3 C uncooked pasta shells or any pasta sturdy enough for a cold salad
20 oz Pineapple chunks
1 Large Orange
1 C Red Grapes
1 C Green Grapes
1 Med. Apple
1 Large Banana
8 oz Plain Yogurt
1/4 C Orange Juice Concentrate
Cook pasta, drain, add fruit, combine yogurt and concentrate and toss. Serve cold.
(Great on a hot summer day!)
